What we hold, why, and how to reach us. Last written August 2026.
What we collect
- Email — so we can send the sign-in link.
- Date of birth — so we give you the right test length (36 questions, or 46 if you are under 18).
- State and language.
- Answers, scores, and which tests you took. This is how progress and a family board work.
- Family membership, if you join a board.
We do not collect a password. We do not keep a card number.
Young people
Sign-up asks for a date of birth, including for people under 18, because California's written test is longer for them. A parent can invite a young person by email. The invite only works for that address.
Who else sees it
Sign-in mail is sent by Resend. If you pay, Stripe handles the card. We set no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies for ads. A copy of the database sits on the operator's laptop as a backup.
How long it stays
Answer history is kept. We do not wipe it when you stop using the app. That is how a family board can still show who studied, and how we can show you why an old miss was wrong.
If you want the account removed, write to us from the email you signed in with. We will delete the account and its history.
Contact
Write from the email you signed in with. We answer that address. Open Road Ready is operated from Florida.
